What delivery services does gardencentreonline.com offer?

We provide a range of services to suit your needs. Please click on our Delivery and Postage Prices page to view our range of services.

 

When will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries can arrive any time between 8am and 6pm. Delivery tracking information is available on our Delivery Tracking Page.

 

My card payment won't process

We maintain a high level of payment security. As a result we have strict rules on the information you provide when entering your payment details. Please ensure you have correctly entered the billing address and card details. A small mistake will cause the payment to fail. If you have any problems call us on 0845 0943204.

 

I wish to return an item

No problem. We have full details of our returns process on our Returns page. Please call 0845 0943204 to arrange the return. Please ensure you provide your order number with the returned item.

 

My order says it is in Security Check, what does this mean?

All orders go through a Security Check to ensure payment has been received ok. This is usually a very quick step but can take up to 12 hours and you will be contacted if there is any problem. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can contact you.

 

What happens if I am not in and the courier attempts to deliver my order?

The courier will leave a card with details of the parcel and how to arrange a redelivery. We always require a signature for all deliveries and are therefore unable to leave the item if you are not in.

 

What is Google Checkout and PayPal?

Google Checkout and PayPal are payment methods frequently used for Internet payments. To use either Google Checkout or PayPal you will need to register with them first.

 

Why are gardencentreonline.com prices so low?

We operate our business on the principle of offering great value and service, we do this by ensuring our products are priced right and our customer service is first class. We price check all our products on a weekly basis to ensure our prices are the best. As an Internet retailer we operate from a single warehouse and are therefore able to keep our costs down.

 

Are all your products in stock?

Simply Yes. If the product is out of stock it is noted on the product page with a date when the stock is due back in. The only specific exceptions are sheds, which are made to order.
